As part of our commitment to provide Health Care Family Credit Union members with powerful modern money management tools, we are implementing upgrades to our Virtual Branch and Online Bill Payment systems. Please review the important dates and information below:
- As of Thursday, October 22nd Online Bill Pay enrollment will be disabled. If you are enrolled prior to this date, you will have full access to the system.
- As of Tuesday, November 3rd Online Bill Pay access will be removed for all users. Please plan accordingly and schedule payments before access is removed. Payments scheduled prior to Tuesday, November 3rd will be processed as scheduled. Existing merchant account information will not be lost during these improvements.
- As of 12:00 PM on Thursday, November 5th upgraded versions of Virtual Branch and Online Bill Pay will be available.
